We are looking for a Sr. Regional Marketing Manager for Northern Europe to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Strategy: Determine the fiscal-year demand strategy and design a demand plan to support the business go-to-market strategy across five strategic Sales and Marketing Motions: SP Cloud Recruit, SP Cloud Very Large Recruit, SP Cloud Management, SP Cloud Very Large Management, and Corporate Cloud to achieve the Company’s ARR goals. 

  • Channel Development: Identify and nurture channel-marketing opportunities with partners through co-funding, joint plans, and through-partner campaign execution. 

  • Campaign Execution: Manage local and global marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and delivery while aligning with sales on campaigns enablement and sales follow up process 

  • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and report on industry and Acronis events in covered regions. 

  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local field marketing programs; source and manage marketing technology 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, channel, campaigns, and digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns, brand consistency, sales and channel enablement 

  • Content Management: Oversee local content development and review global marketing materials for regional relevance, partner education, and channel enablement. 

  • Partner and Customer Communications: Define segments, coordinate, prioritize, and oversee the Marketing communication calendar for the covered  geos 

  • ROI Tracking: Forecast, track, and report ROI for all marketing activities within covered regions, making strategic investment decisions based on business priorities. 

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of three marketing professionals covering the UK, Nordics, and Benelux, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination of the regional Partner Communication schedule and prioritizing partner experience. 

  • Geo Responsibilities: Lead marketing efforts in UKI, Nordics, Benelux, and South Africa. 

 

Background/Experience 

  • 5 or more years in B2B marketing 

  •  At least 2 years of field marketing leadership experience 

  • Proven record of successful channel campaigns and Field Demand programs 

  • Successful record of enabling and partnering with sales to achieve revenue goals 

  • Experience in relevant markets creating and implementing successful marketing programs that engage new prospects, accounts, and customers; leveraging range of tactics and technologies within budget and on time
