POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Client Support and Onboarding Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of all new clinic launches, current client expansions, and operational projects. He/she will manage projects from initial scoping through implementation, ensuring a smooth transition with continued monitoring post-launch. This role requires working closely with clients and other departments to ensure all business requirements are clearly understood and met. He/she will ensure our clients have a seamless implementation experience, manage timelines and targets, expectations, and communications between Rhythm and the client throughout the project life-cycle. He/she will work closely with our Accounts Managers to aid in the retention of clients by promoting Rhythm services and training on new materials offered, becoming the point of contact for demonstrations to clients of Rhythm’s platform. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of our implementations, expansions, integrations, and operational client projects, from discovery and scoping to post-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop implementation plans that meet both technical and business requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective problem resolution throughout the implementation process.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meeting, regular status meetings, and post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for working closely with clients and our internal team to ensure all business, clinical and technical requirements are clearly understood, documented and met during
    implementation.
  • Monitor post-live implementation (including expansions) for performance issues and coordinate any troubleshooting or updates as needed. Escalate to internal stakeholders as needed for post-launch support and assist with client communications.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors or partners involved in the implementation process.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on project status, risks, and any changes that may affect outcomes.
  • Assist with internal processes & operational improvement projects and clean-up projects as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for performing demos of Rhythm’s platform to potential clients, working in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Provide training of Rhythm’s platform to new clients during onboarding and to existing clients when updates are launched.
  • Develop and refine onboarding materials, training resources, and client retention strategies.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's or associate degree required OR experience in a related field—nursing, medicine, electronics, or engineering.
    • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience leading implementations involving cross-functional teams, including engineers, product teams, sales and external partners.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain and align a group of external partners to reach a common goal.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing deadlines and expectations.
    • Experience with project management tools (such as JIRA, Notion, SalesForce).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of remote monitoring technologies and cardiac care is a plus.
    • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
