REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry, Junior, Senior
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours
SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST
SHIFT HOURS: 8AM-5PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday
Number of VAs: 1

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to C-level executives (Inbox, Scheduling, Docs, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain Google Drive with clear folder structures and consistent naming conventions
  • Oversee Google Calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and sending timely reminders
  • Manage client onboarding documentation (contracts, intake forms, SOPs, trackers)
  • Monitor and respond to email communications, including templated follow-ups and filtering high-priority messages
  • Serve as an appointment setter for incoming leads and client touchpoints
  • Conduct light social media engagement (commenting, responding to DMs, monitoring posts)
  • Schedule and post prepared content across social platforms
  • Track lead engagement and flag potential client interest
  • Route inbound calls or DMs and ensure follow-up is logged properly
  • Provide weekly summaries of key activities and client interactions
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant, business admin, or operations support role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple systems at once
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with using templates and working within a CRM (Go High Level is a plus)
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platforms for light content handling
