As our Director of Revenue Cycle Operation - Physician, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial processes related to patient care within our physician practice. Here’s What You Can Expect

  • Lead and motivate the revenue cycle team, overseeing essential functions such as patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to align financial processes with patient care goals.
  • Tackle and resolve complex billing issues and denials with expertise.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management, driving informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven leadership and team management prowess.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and payer requirements.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,151.00 - $167,640.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
