Overview

Our client is seeking a (Senior) Growth Manager, Supply with hands-on experience managing publisher relationships in the offerwall and rewarded ads ecosystem. This role focuses on growing and optimizing monetization partnerships with mobile app developers, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Publisher Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for existing mobile app publishers (rewards, gaming, and non-gaming) in Japan using rewarded ad formats.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer tailored optimization strategies.

  • Support new partner onboarding, including SDK/API integration guidance and best practices.

Monetization & Optimization
  • Analyze campaign and revenue performance (e.g., eCPM, ARPDAU, engagement, conversion rates).

  • Deliver actionable insights to improve monetization outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot ad delivery, attribution, and technical issues.

  • Identify opportunities for testing and feature optimization.

Strategic Growth & Retention
  • Support top publishers in expanding to new apps or markets.

  • Work with product and operations to launch new monetization tools and features.

  • Align with demand teams to maintain balance between supply and campaign needs across key regions.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs to track account health, revenue trends, and campaign performance.

  • Prepare custom reports and lead quarterly business reviews.

  • Stay current on industry benchmarks to help partners stay competitive.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years in publisher-side account management within mobile ad tech or app monetization (e.g., offerwall, rewarded video).

  • Experience managing Japanese accounts in a global context.

  • Deep understanding of mobile rewarded ad formats.

  • Strong English communication skills; able to translate technical needs into business actions.

  • Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience using performance dashboards.

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Preferred
  • Familiarity with MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).

  • Experience working with affiliate-based mobile ad networks.
