The opportunity

Unity Technologies is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and adaptable Renewal Sales Executive to join our growing EMEA team.

As a Renewal Sales Executive, you will be selling Unity’s full range of products to industry customers. You'll engage with many of Europe’s prestigious flagship companies that are spearheading the development of augmented reality, virtual reality, digital twin technologies, Web 3.0, metaverse applications, and Industry 4.0 innovations. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with medium-sized and enterprise-level businesses across multiple industry verticals, introducing Unity's solutions and helping them bring their groundbreaking ideas to life.

We want you to join us in driving net-new revenue, increasing Unity adoption within your assigned accounts, exceeding quarterly sales quotas, and building an outbound sales engine to expand Unity’s footprint in this key EMEA market segment!

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the renewal process for designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment.
  • Strive to maintain high adoption rates and retention across the complete account portfolio.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers’ IT departments, procurement teams, and end-users through regular outbound communication.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to develop shared strategies for account management.
  • Share insights from customer interactions during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Corporate Sales team.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within sales and sales support teams, as well as with Unity resellers, to enhance the customer experience and support Unity’s mission of leading the world in real-time 3D creation.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Customer Success or Retention Specialist in a SaaS company.
  • Expertise in partnership structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, and proven ability to promote and maintain customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting software solutions and tools.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

You might also have

  • Experience working with Real-Time 3D software, engineering software sales, or middleware sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
