We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team, with a focus on investment banking and strategic advisory services within the digital health sector. In this role, you will support client engagements and assist with day-to-day project activities for startups, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and Fortune 500 clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

    • Support the execution of financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities in the digital health space.
    • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs are met within deadlines.
    • Conduct primary and secondary research on clinical, technology, business, and financial topics relevant to clients and investment opportunities.
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights for strategic and financial recommendations.
    • Coordinate and participate in interviews with clients, customers, providers, and thought leaders to gather market intelligence and deal insights.
    • Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables such as pitch decks, investment memoranda, reports, and presentations.
    • Help create thought leadership materials including white papers, blog posts, and research publications to enhance the firm’s visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management consulting, investment banking, or a related financial advisory role.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, payment models, digital health landscape, and healthcare investment trends is preferred..
