Job Role: Admin Assistant

Full Time: Independent Contractor
Salary range:  $1200 - $1800

Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with invoicing, general admin work, maintaining job logs, and managing applications like Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing and sending invoices using Xero
  • Maintain and update job logs and internal records
  • Provide general administrative support (e.g., document filing, data entry, scheduling)
  • Help manage and organize app-based tasks and tools, primarily Xero
  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Familiarity with invoicing and basic finance tasks (Xero experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms

Nice to Have:
