In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex testing challenges, architect and build advanced automation frameworks, and develop comprehensive automated test suites with speed and precision. You’ll collaborate across teams to resolve QA challenges, mentor junior team members, and ensure our secure communication platform meets the highest quality standards through cutting-edge automation practices.

What You Will be Doing

  • Architect, build, and refine advanced automation testing frameworks to support multiple product verticals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts, ensuring speed without compromising quality.
  • Lead the creation of automated test workflows, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve QA challenges, ensuring accessibility and robust training protocols.
  • Mentor junior QA team members, guiding them in automation best practices and framework usage.
  • Take ownership of complex testing challenges, resolving moderately complex issues independently.
  • Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, reusable, and aligned with Dispel’s security and performance goals.

Requirements

No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you!

  • Ability to collaborate across teams to resolve QA challenges and improve processes.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior team members and guide automation efforts.
  • Capability to work independently on defined tasks and resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Proficiency in advanced automation tools like Playwright, TestNG, or Appium, and familiarity with containerized testing environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Background in performance and load testing, using tools like JMeter or Gatling, to ensure scalability under high loads.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as FedRAMP, with experience validating these through automated tests.
  • Experience with AI-driven testing tools to enhance automation efficiency.
