This position is full-time and remote-based only (the time zone should be between GMT+1 and GMT+5).
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:
Implement features and fixes as specified by the product team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; collaborate with customers to understand issues and offer workarounds.
Create and implement remote fixes; collaborate with development teams to integrate fixes into the product.
Document issues and resolutions, and help our product team deal with similar issues in the future.
Monitor and ensure timely resolution of technical customer tickets; escalate complex issues when needed.
