About the Job:

As a Microsoft Software Sales Specialist at Awara IT, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring customers to embrace smarter work practices using Microsoft Solutions. You will drive net new and recurring licensing sales through direct customer interactions, develop and sell licensing solutions based on CSP and OV, and negotiate with customers to maximize contract value and customer satisfaction.

In your role as a Microsoft Software Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating conversations with customers about digital transformation using Microsoft products through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social selling.

• Driving software sales by designing and offering Microsoft Volume Licensing Solutions, including new sales, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities such as M365, Copilot, Azure, and others.

• Attracting new customers and working with the existing customer base.

• Maintaining effective and long-term relationships with customers.

• Consulting customers on Microsoft products and other company services via key communication channels, including phone, messengers, email, and social media.

• Conducted negotiations, delivered presentations, and prepared commercial offers.

• Collaborating with technology specialists to meet customer requirements.

• Developing financial analyses for customers, including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis and cost-saving evaluations through acquiring and deploying Microsoft technologies.

• Supporting customers throughout the entire sales process, including executing and signing licensing contracts.

• Partnering with the marketing team to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns, tracking, and qualifying new leads.

• Conducting data research.

• Achieving quarterly and fiscal year sales goals.

• Maintaining and regularly updating the customer database in CRM, and generating sales reports.

• Continuously improving knowledge of Microsoft's products and services.
