As our next Sales Executive, you’ll be the deal-closer, relationship-builder, and industry innovator. You will:

  • Craft and execute a winning sales strategy that targets high-potential industries and accounts.
  • Use solution selling magic to turn customer challenges into Virtek success stories.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, engineers, and decision-makers, transforming conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from cold calls to high-fives after closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Be responsible for your own business development
  • Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, always levelling up your sales approach.
  • Customer facing meetings and tradeshows – (50% travel expectation)

 

Requirements section:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hardware sales experience (industrial/manufacturing/automation markets preferred).
  • sales-hunter who can build a new territory through prospecting and networking
  • A proven closer with a history of smashing sales targets.
  • Mastery of solution selling, consultative selling, or other top-tier sales methodologies.
  • A natural relationship builder who can speak both technical and business lingo.
  • Willingness to hit the road for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
