Join our growing team as an Expanded Services Trainer. In this roll you will design and deliver training programs for PeopleSoft, M-Files, and industry-specific services to support remote account managers, operations staff, and sales teams. Provide education opportunities through industry and vendor partnerships. Assist with mentoring new and existing team members to ensure success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop, implement and deliver training programs for expanded services team members, remote account managers, and sales associates.
Prepare training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and other visual aids to enhance learning. Assist with creation and ongoing development of centralized training interface to house training materials.
Work in conjunction with sales process trainer to align training program opportunities.
Deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. to groups or individually in the following areas:
Develop and maintain educational support materials to drive ongoing learning and provide ongoing assistance to existing team members.
Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update training curriculum as needed.
Observe and evaluate results of training programs. Reports on the progress of trainees to be appropriate supervisors during the training period, and/or at completion of a training session.
Develop training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services.
Schedule and coordinate training, ensure the user has all needed equipment and programs are set up to conduct a successful training session.
Day travel and occasional overnight travel of up to 10 percent is required and may occur on short notice.

Education and/or Experience
Required: High school diploma or GED and five plus years’ experience in customer service, system support or related experience. Preferred: Associate degree (A. A. A.) or equivalent in a business or related field plus 3 years’ work experience within our industry and systems or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification as a CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus but not required

Computer Skills
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is necessary to perform the job successfully, as well as strong background in ERP system solutions, such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor.
