Minimum of three years of experience as an executive assistant., Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook., Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills., Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency..
Key responsibilities:
Assist with daily calendar management and task scheduling.
Coordinate travel logistics and conduct online research.
Attend executive meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking and action point tracking.
Manage internal documents and act as a liaison between the executive and other departments.
