Job Title: G&O Sourcing Client Services Associate (CSA)

Location: Remote - USA

Reports to: Key Account Manager

Job Types: Full Time, Non-exempt

Description: 

The Grease Trap and Cooking Oil Sourcing Associate (CSA) will oversee the sourcing and contracting of Grease Trap and Used Cooking Oil programs for Rubicon customers.

 Essential Functions: 

  • Develop scope of work, proposal, execution, and tracking of used cooking oil (UCO) recycling programs and grease trap pumping maintenance for new and existing restaurant and grocery customers 

  • Utilize Rubicon’s vendor sourcing strategy to identify all possible service providers and deploy programs with Rubicon customers 

  • Internal and external relationship building – ability to meet expectations, project expertise, and establish a long-term view of Rubicon as our customer’s preferred partner  

  • Provides timely feedback to the Account Manager and Circular Economy team regarding program deliverable issues or customer concerns 

Day to Day Activities: 

  • Communicate frequently with service partners 

  • Obtain bids and determine the most cost-effective option that also ensures customer and supplier satisfaction 

  • Submit and sign vendor agreements  

  • Schedule services with service vendor 

  • Enter new services and or vendor swapped services into designated internal system. 

  • Keep the customer care team informed about vendor sourcing status 

  • Administrative tasks as needed 

  • Resolving invoice questions with vendors 

  • Project management as needed including weekly status updates 

  • Proactively communicating and resolving issues with our vendors

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional setting 

  • Experience in the used cooking oil, grease trap, and/or rendering fields  

  • Accuracy and attention to detail   

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel  

  • Knowledge of industry related terms, concepts, and technologies
