Portfolio Analyst

Our Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI) division is seeking an especially dedicated Portfolio Analyst to support our Dosage Form Solutions (DFS) and Health Ingredients product management. As a critical partner to the product management team, you will transform sophisticated data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision making. Your work will play a key role in driving informed decision-making and strengthening the performance of our portfolio in a sophisticated and evolving market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Craft and upkeep reports, dashboards, and portfolio analytics to assist product management and other key collaborators.
  • Centralize cross-functional data from ERP, CRM, BI systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Power BI) to support analytical needs.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to display product performance, market penetration, and sales information.
  • Partner with finance and product management to ensure accurate profit & loss statements at the product line, regional, and other levels.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses including what-if analysis and forecasting to support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights to refine go-to-market strategies and portfolio management.
  • Serve as the key analytics partner to product managers, offering insights on product lifecycle management, positioning, investment planning, and supply network strategy.
  • Support sales in portfolio-related tactical decisions (e.g., pricing and rebate strategies, product offerings, and manufacturing feasibility).

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, or equvalent experience.
  • Analytical approach with a strong focus on detail.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required, with Power BI, SQL, Python, or R as a plus.
  • Experience with SAP, BW, Salesforce, or CPQ is a strong plus.
  • Excellent financial competence in understanding profitability, pricing strategies, and key commercial levers.
  • Proven skill in balancing priorities, coordinating collaborators, and leading initiatives.
  • Bold and problem-solving demeanor.
  • Bias for action and agile approach.
  • Experience collaborating in a global organization, handling diverse collaborators across regions.
  • Experience in nutraceutical industry a strong plus.
  • Excellent English required.

The full-time base annual salary for this position is anticipated to fall within a range of amounts.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
