Responsible for a range of support and analysis activities specific to system testing, site support and internal and external inquiries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with project teams and other internal departments, including but not limited to SSU/Site Contracts, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable / Billing.
  • Review and assist with inquiries and resolution specific to site payment inquiries/disputes and issues related to fund setup activity, ensuring timely escalation if applicable.
  • Provide support to the SIte Payments and Analytical teams.
  • Provides supporting documentation to auditors as necessary.
  • Upgrade testing for system.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a virtual team across locations and cultures; strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be customer focused and able to manage challenging priorities and remain flexible and adaptable in stressful situations; ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills.
  • Commitment to high quality work for effective presentation and documentation.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Medidata Site Pay experience preferred but not required.
  • Oracle experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in a clinical research environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma and 3+ years relevant work experience required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education plus moderate, progressive financial experience preferable within a CRO or service industry preferred
  • Good oral and written English skills.
