A regular day for a Funding Verifier will include:

Review loan transactions for documentation/credit/rate compliance with internal funding policies
Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times
Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues
Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents
Provide lost/missing contract research as needed
Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required
Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders
Emails internally and externally in a timely manner
Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform in real time and immediately

Extra- awesome to have:

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
Previous experience in a lending automotive related business, or financial services
You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release
Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration

Working condition

This is a fully remote position required for British Columbia. Required working hours can range anywhere between 10/11 AM to 6/7 PM PST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance
