Job description

As a Senior RFI Manager, you will work directly with team members, sales and subject matter experts (SMEs) to lead and deliver RFIs to meet timelines.   Facilitation of Sponsor inquiries including requests for capabilities, expertise, innovation, differentiation, etc.

This is a remote position.
 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Owns all aspects of the RFI process (inclusive of opportunity management under general supervision, establishing clear timelines, meeting client requirements, driving content delivery and suggesting solutions for obstacles)
  • Responsible for managing medium to complex RFIs with timely delivery
  • Analyzes and clearly understands nuances in client requirements and communicates effectively with sales, SMEs, and/or others to gain clarification and execute follow-up as required.
  • Works in a matrixed organization across multiple time-zones and locations to lead the process and complete deliverables
  • Directly collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and completes deliverables in Loopio Projects workspace
  • Prepares high quality and accurate documents/RFIs in accordance with agreed strategy and Sponsor requirements and expectations under the pressure of changing timelines, with minimal supervision
  • Identifies and participates in ways to improve the efficiency and quality of processes and the resulting deliverables
  • Completes other appropriate duties, as assigned by the manager, which require similar skills in accordance with business needs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Medical Technology, Biology, related field or equivalent work experience in a Central Laboratory.
  • Ideally, you will hold previous experience in a similar role, or alternatively within the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
  • Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of certain software applications (e.g., Salesforce, Loopio, Microsoft Teams) is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize using strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines

Pay Range: $84,000 - $95,000 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
