Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Leader to join our team! In this role you will directly manage up to three regional maintenance leaders and indirectly assigned site technicians as a resource, as well as manage the technician training calendar and ensure technician certifications are up to date.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain records including technicians’ current certifications.
  • Maintain a roster of technicians that includes details as to skillset.
  • Provide training to technicians on the completion of Preventative Maintenance Inspections and associated documentation.
  • Provide direct oversight if necessary and perform site visits and staff assistance visits/inspections.
  • Work with leaders and technicians to schedule travel for coverage to and from sites.
  • Attends work regularly and observe approved work hours in accordance with company leave and attendance policies.
  • Schedule - Availability for after-hour and weekend work is required.
  • UP to 20% travel to locations supported by Contract.
  • Integrate and work with multiple subcontractors by providing Company direction on actions within Primary Contract, PWS and SOW.   

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • At least ten years combined in electronics maintenance or related discipline.
  • Experience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems (IDS, automated access control systems (ACS), basic networking, basic programming, IMMS/InfraLink/FDIMS familiarity.
  • Additional Certifications in IDS, ACS and CCTV systems is desired
  • Technical Skills/Knowledge - Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics. Ability to manage resources and/or a team of individuals. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the correct and safe use of test equipment; ability to install and maintain CCTV, surveillance video cameras and access control equipment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge - Working knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly assimilate information related to State, and Federal regulations, legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures. Ability to understand and follow governmental rules and regulations on electronic security system installation and maintenance.
  • Analytical/Procedural Skills - Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to analyze problems, identify causative factors, and apply actions to effectively resolve current issues and prevent recurrence of problem conditions.
  • Decision Making/Problem Solving and Judgement - Must demonstrate an ability to accurately identify issues and problems and determine optimal courses of action and outcomes.
  • Organizational Skills - Must be organized, flexible, and able to prioritize in a multi-demand and constantly changing environment without sacrificing accuracy or timeliness.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Must exercise excellent interpersonal skills - position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and an ability to establish and maintain effective working/professional relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Safety - Must be able to always work in a safe manner, avoiding shortcuts that have potential adverse results/risks, and must be able to comply with safety standards and best practices.
  • Computer Systems / Hardware / Software - Must possess appropriate levels of proficiency with utilized software and computer systems and be able to learn new software/systems. Must be familiar with IMMS/InfraLink/FDIMS.
  • Confidentiality - Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations and adhere to applicable laws/statutes/policies related to access, maintenance and dissemination of information.
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience with Government IMMS.
  • Ability to read, understand and provide guidance on installing material based on CADD.
  • Ability to advise Project Manager on Minor Reconfiguration.
  • Must have a valid Drivers License compliant with the Real ID act.
  • Poses or ability to attain a Passport.
  • Working knowledge of/ability to extract data/ability to brief the following

    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Mean Time Between Failure
    • Mean Time to Repair
    • Government Furnished Equipment

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
