Ready to be a Titan?
We are seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager with deep experience supporting DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure teams. In this role, you’ll own and evolve the internal platform that empowers our developers to build, deploy, and operate services quickly, safely, and at scale.
You will own initiatives to move our development approach to adopt DevOps practices and Domain Driven Design. You'll be instrumental in driving the evolution of our product architecture from a monolithic foundation to a modern, distributed ecosystem that's inherently API-First, empowers AI Agents, and fosters a delightful developer experience.
If you're passionate about developer enablement, platform scalability, operational excellence, and accelerating engineering velocity, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of platform solutions that improve developer experience, infrastructure scalability, and operational excellence.
Define and prioritize capabilities across CI/CD, observability, incident response, service ownership, and infrastructure automation treating each as a product with clear UX, SLAs, and adoption plans.
Support the shift from a monolith to domain-driven architecture by delivering low-friction tools for service creation, ownership, monitoring, and scaling.
Treat developers as your primary customers, advocating for a seamless developer experience through automation, intuitive tooling, and reduced friction.
Build workflows and tooling that increase deployment frequency, reduce failure rates, and accelerate recovery time using DORA metrics to define success and guide decisions.
Partner with SRE, Infrastructure, Security, and domain engineering squads to identify gaps, prioritize work, and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
Ensure security, scalability, compliance, and operational resilience are built into platform tools and workflows from day one.
Independently drive discovery, requirements, development, rollout, and adoption for your initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable impact.
Enable people to do the best work of their careers at ServiceTitan.
What you'll need:
5-7+ years of experience in product management or related roles, including 3+ years owning internal platforms, DevOps, or technical products within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven ability to define and drive product strategies for platforms that significantly improve engineering productivity, scalability, and system reliability.
Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of system design (especially extensibility), DevOps workflows, APIs, and modular multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
Experience partnering closely with engineering organizations, building CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, service ownership models, and scalable internal tooling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align executives, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high visibility deliverables.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, critical judgment, and the ability to influence across a distributed organization.
Flexibility and adaptability, with experience working across global teams and multiple time zones.
Experience using DORA metrics and operational KPIs to measure and improve engineering and platform outcomes preferred.
Experience leveraging AI agents or automation tools to enhance developer productivity and operational workflows preferred.
