As an Implementation Success Analyst at Qventus, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the Qventus Perioperative Care Coordination solution, a key component of our AI Operational Assistant (AIOA) platform. Working closely with Implementation Success Partners (ISPs), you will track and implement tailored solutions that maximize client value at every phase of the deployment process. Your responsibilities will span across intricate engagement management, project task coordination, analytics, and technical alignment. You will provide both operational and technical support throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from the initial project kickoff through to the successful go-live.
In addition, you will actively contribute to identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders and that the project stays on track. The Implementation Success Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of both technical features and operational functions across all deployments.
Manage deployment timelines, ensuring internal and external deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
Collaborate with Implementation Success Partners, Customer Success Partners, Technical Product Architects, and Product Managers to drive effective implementation and maximize client value.
Assist with human-in-the-loop messaging evaluation efforts with external partners, ensuring timely responses, smooth escalation triage, and agent performance monitoring throughout the client’s deployment journey
Leverage expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) to create documentation and communications that drive user buy-in and promote the adoption of workflows and tools.
Provide valuable insights to support ISPs from project kickoff to go-live, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, advise ISPs on opportunities and challenges, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Address operational and technical challenges to ensure timely and successful deployments.
Distribute, monitor, and follow up on project deliverables, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
Create high-quality, executive-level deliverables at an accelerated pace throughout the implementation process.
Coordinate cross-functional internal work and represent assigned accounts during work prioritization efforts to ensure alignment across teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement across workflows, deliverables, KPIs, and overall team efficiency.
At least 2 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities necessary for large-scale SaaS implementations.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
In-depth knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.
Project management experience in complex implementations within the provider-side healthcare sector.
A demonstrated track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in previous roles.
Proficient in documenting, analyzing, and interpreting data using various tools (e.g., JAVA/SQL code, advanced Excel functions).
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, with an average travel requirement of 25%.
At least 1 year of professional experience in a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system, contributing to impactful projects in the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries, with hands-on experience preferred.
Familiarity with Epic and/or Cerner EHR systems, with practical experience in their implementation and use.
Experience collaborating with clinical and/or process consultants to drive improvements in healthcare operations and systems.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $100,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package.
