The Associate/Manager, Scale Customer Success role at Ivanti is a key position within a global team, responsible for ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their products and services. They will deliver strategic engagements, support customer onboarding and adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. About The Team

 

Our Scale Customer Success team is made up of individual contributors who ensure our customers derive maximum value and utilization from our products and services such that they renew with us.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver strategic engagements to global customers
  • Support customer onboarding, adoption, and risk mitigation
  • Attend customer meetings as a trusted advisor
  • Maximize customer retention and growth
  • Maintain deep understanding of our Product Suite
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Maintain best practices and customer support content

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

  • 2-3 years of account management / customer success experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments
  • Deadline-driven environment experience
  • Active team player and self-starter
  • Ability to learn fast and shift directions
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools

Roadmap for Success

  • First 30 Days:
    • Complete company and department onboarding
    • Learn first Scale Success plays
    • Demonstrate Scale Success plays to managers and peers
    • Shadow other Scale Success Manager engagements
  • First 60 Days:
    • Complete first (supervised) customer engagements
    • Learn new Scale Success plays
    • Demonstrate your Scale Success plays to  manager and peers
    • Complete first solo customer engagement 
  • First 90 Days:
    • Be fully in flight with onboarding engagements across your portfolio 
    • Participate in first Red Accounts
    • Continue delivering solo customer engagements
