Join Our Team of Virtual California Mental Healthcare Providers!

Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California. Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. 

We're seeking associate therapists who are truly passionate about delivering individual, family and couples psychotherapy, with a commitment to client-centered care.  In this exciting program, we will support you through your associate hours journey leading into licensure.  

As a Foresight Associate Therapist, You’ll Enjoy:

What You’ll Do (under the supervision of an independently licensed therapist):

  • Provide attuned psychotherapy: All Associates, regardless of the status of their supervised experience, are required to work with clients who are children, adolescents, adults,  couples, and families
  • Work full-time (36 hours/week: 26 hours of therapy sessions, 2 hours for individual, triadic, and/or group supervision and 8 hours for admin time). Your schedule will include availability to see clients 2 weekdays/week between 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) or one weekday/week 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) and  Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM (Pacific time)
  • Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Compensation & Benefits:

  • An hourly rate of $30/hour. 
    • Please note that it may take between 8-12 weeks to ramp up your client schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • California residents who hold an active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist 
  • Associate license is not in subsequent status and/or reach subsequent status during employment
  • Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus! Foresight's community of clientele represent the diverse communities of California. We are eager to welcome more therapists who are able to conduct therapy in the threshold languages: Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Chinese, English, Hindi, Farsi, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, and Vietnamese
