Job description

As an Acquisition Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of quality care and customer service. Your primary responsibility is to set firm appointments for potential patients, driving a high number of them to attend their scheduled appointments.

This involves contacting potential patients via telephone and text, responding promptly to their questions and inquiries with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate a comprehensive. Understanding of customer service and appointment setting, including overcoming objections using call scripting and rebuttals.

SALARY - $ 1,100 PER MONTH PLUS COMMISSION

TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

WORK SCHEDULE - US TIME ZONE (East Coast)

Requirements

  • With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • Strong persuasive and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to master and effectively use call scripts and rebuttals.
  • Proficiency with the Five9 Dialer and email management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and patient care.
  • A minimum 80 Mbps internet speed connection is a must.
