Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Lead to support our sales teams across the Americas region, with a focus on manufacturing, SaaS, and channel sales. You’ll join a dynamic team bringing innovative solutions to the market to make buildings smarter, safer, and greener through software, sensors, and controls. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing key operational initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS and manufacturing industries, experience in channel sales strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

 

  • Sales Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement scalable sales operations strategies tailored to manufacturing, SaaS, and channel sales models.  
  • Sales Intelligence: Analytics & Forecasting: Leverage data insights to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue predictability, and sales productivity KPI’s. 
  • CRM & Technology Management: Optimize CRM usage (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce) and integrate automation tools to enhance efficiency.  
  • Channel Sales Enablement: Support partners with operational alignment, incentive structures, and performance tracking to maximize indirect sales revenue.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, and product teams to align operations with overall business objectives.  
  • Sales Compensation & Quotas: Manage incentive structures, track bonus plans. Lead effort to implement incentive compensation management tool selection and implementation.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.  
  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy, with a focus on manufacturing, SaaS, and/or channel sales.  
  • Expertise in channel partner ecosystems, including incentive structures and sales performance management.  
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft or Salesforce) and data analytics tools (DOMO, SQL).  
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and SaaS sales cycles, including subscription-based models and direct vs. indirect sales strategies.  
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while leading cross-functional projects. Project management expertise. 
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bilingual in French/English
