  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure best practices and drive improvements in financial processes.

About the role: 
For our Bydgoszcz factory we are looking for a permanent FP&A Manager. You’ll be a finance lead / partner to the business to support growth potential in our manufacturing facility. You’ll work in a highly professional and welcoming environment with talented peers to expand your knowledge and experience across highly engineered products. 

 

About your responsibilities at SPX Flow: 

  • Partner to Site Lead and Site Leadership Team to analyze results by providing trusted finance support through regular and ad hoc analysis. 

  • Month End closure execution and supervision. 

  • Lead monthly review of P&L results with Site Lead and Leadership Team vs. trend and vs. Annual Operating Plan 

  • Deliver insight into trends, opportunities & risks for OCS costs, absorption, OMV, bookings, backlog, revenue and margin analysis. 

  • Ensure processes are in place to track key drivers to monitor both global and local metrics. 

  • Support Site Lead to validate insourcing/outsourcing calculations and project assessments. 

  • Collaborate with other Site Finance & Continuous Improvement Teams to ensure best practice processes and tools are being utilized while sharing & driving areas of improvement 

  • Be the voice at the table to keep teams honest around Productivity & Sourcing savings, CAPEX or cost decisions that are impacting the financials 

 

About you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field or equivalent 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Controllership (preferably within a Global Manufacturing Company) 

  • Ability to analyze complex data and recommend changes to procedures 

  • Understanding and optimising finance systems (ideally SAP background) 

  • Strong Excel & Power BI skills 

  • Ability to communicate with people on different levels 

  • English language skills 

  • Team player
