Industry Knowledge: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in appointment setting, sales coordination, or wellness-based customer support, preferably within holistic health or spiritual coaching. Product Familiarity: Comfort with learning and speaking fluently about faith-based Reiki services, fasting retreats, crystal products, and chakra healing. Strong Communication: Clear and compassionate communicator with the ability to nurture client curiosity into booking decisions. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage scheduling logistics and client flow while tracking multiple communication threads. Tech Proficiency: Experience using scheduling tools, CRMs, and cloud-based communication systems (e.g., Calendly, Google Workspace, Voxer). Spiritual Alignment: Deep respect for energy work and a foundational understanding of prayer, fasting, and holistic healing practices.
Core responsibilities:
Client Intake & Scheduling: Conduct 15-minute discovery calls with potential clients to assess fit for services such as retreats, Reiki sessions, and courses before passing them to the practitioner. Service & Product Guidance: Confidently explain offerings like energy cleanses, aura readings, Reiki-infused jewelry, and spiritual courses using provided sales questions and scripts. Appointment Management: Book appointments, manage calendar flow, and coordinate follow-up reminders using scheduling software and CRM tools. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media regarding upcoming retreats, Reiki classes, and product orders with warmth and clarity. Course & Class Enrollment Support: Guide prospects through enrollment steps for meditation courses, Reiki mastery training, and event participation. CRM Documentation: Maintain detailed notes on client interactions, questions asked, and appointment outcomes to ensure alignment with follow-up strategy.
