Salary: R35,000 per month + Uncapped Performance Incentives

The Role

Our client is seeking a Business Development Consultant to spearhead outbound sales efforts across the UK and US markets. This consultative, high-activity role involves making 100+ calls per day, booking qualified consultations, and delivering a compelling, value-led narrative tailored to each prospect's context.

  • 2+ years in B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM (required)
  • Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable engaging with mid- and senior-level stakeholders
  • Familiar with UK/US market dynamics and B2B buyer behaviour
  • Self-starter who is adaptable, coachable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
