Shift: M-F, 8 hours/day
 
Job Description
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions.
  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generate reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Can you give me a little detail about your team culture?
The team is responsible for tracking and analyzing the operational, financial and contractual performance of our portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role will work closely with lessors/vendors and internal partner teams to ensure accuracy of our portfolio data points to mitigate risks and support portfolio optimization.
They will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing, auditing and processing rent in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual terms to ensure landlord/vendor adherence
  • Creating and managing weekly, monthly or quarterly vendor and partner reviews
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders and delivering results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams
  • Onboarding and tracking of payment setup for all new landlords/vendors
  • Interpreting complex commercial contract language related to contractual obligations, SLAs, rent, tax, insurance and maintenance clauses
  • Review of contract related documentation and abstraction of critical information
