They’re seeking a Talent Account Manager to support the full talent marketplace process—from matching and placement to account management and customer success. This role is central to the customer experience and requires speed, precision, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll partner closely with the Platform Manager to manage engagements, solve issues, streamline processes, and collaborate with engineering to drive automation.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with Leadership and the Platform Manager to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and facilitate matches for open roles, managing both customer and talent engagements, and fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.                    
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, building trust, managing ongoing engagements, and providing regular updates.                       
  • Support the end-to-end matching process by reviewing candidate documentation and identifying best-fit talent for open positions.                   
  • Write compelling, clear, and engaging job descriptions to attract talent from our internal network and match them with active opportunities.                    
  • Assist in creating professional and polished candidate profiles for presentation to customers.                  
  • Provide support throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication between talent and customers to keep things moving.               
  • Resolve issues that arise during active engagements, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and long-term success for both parties.               
  • Collaborate with leadership and other internal teams to refine and enhance our account and engagement management processes.         

  • What You Need
  • At least 3-4+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruitment coordination, or a related role.             
  • Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.          
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and customer relationships in a dynamic environment.                     
  • Proven ability to work in high-speed environments, to operate with high urgency, and be extremely customer-centric.                 
  • High level of discretion and judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.         
  • Experience working with global clients or in remote-first environments.            
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to change.            
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach.
