Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Senior Digital Marketer to join one of our UK-based clients in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive measurable growth and ROI. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to implement performance-driven campaigns that align with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social, display, retargeting, etc.)
Own the paid media strategy, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaign goals
Optimize marketing funnels and lead nurturing workflows using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns
Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continued campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns
Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
Experience with SEO strategy and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Expertise in web and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
Experience working with B2B SaaS or professional services firms preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
Demonstrated experience using data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance
