Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role 

This role is primarily customer support-focused, with occasional sales-related responsibilities such as answering basic sales inquiries or passing warm leads to the appropriate team.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support requests via email, chat, or phone
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to clients
  • Assist with client onboarding and account setup
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities and direct them to the sales team
  • Maintain detailed and organized records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively


Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • 1+ years in a customer service or support role (experience in lead generation or sales is a plus)
  • Comfortable handling support calls and writing professional responses
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy – able to work with CRM systems and other online tools
  • Reliable and able to work full-time on Eastern Time schedule
