1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience (B2B preferred), Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRMs and quoting tools, Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently..
Key responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and sending sales quotes for parts and equipment
Respond to inbound inquiries from dealers and end-users via email and phone
Act as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and maintain CRM records
Help coordinate sales-related initiatives and support sales efforts.
