Job Description

As an AU RTO Student Support Admin , you will be responsible for:

Documentation & Records Management
  • Maintain and update student records in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Manage enrolment, academic, and training documentation with high accuracy.
Roster & Scheduling Support
  • Monitor and update student and trainer rosters.
  • Assist with booking training sessions, monitoring attendance, and communicating updates.
Academic & Student Support
  • Provide timely administrative support to academic and training teams.
  • Respond to student enquiries and assist with academic-related needs.
  • Liaise with students to provide guidance and ensure a smooth training journey.
General Administrative Support
  • Assist with filing, data entry, email communication, and other admin duties.
  • Ensure efficient use of systems such as Microsoft Office and student management systems like Wisenet.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within an Australian RTO.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Background in nursing or healthcare education is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Wisenet or similar student management systems (or willingness to learn).
  • Understanding of RTO compliance and training documentation processes.
