Role Background:

We are looking for a talented Proposal Writer to join our team in Poland. The Proposal Writer will work with Sales Executives, Account Managers and subject matter experts within Kyriba to craft responses on behalf of the company to solicitations, requests for proposals, requests for information and other inquiries which will directly result in revenue for Kyriba.


Key Tasks:

  • Maintain and moderate a library of proposal responses

  • Works against deadlines to complete projects in a fast paced environment

  • Develop best practices to enable sales to increase proposal win rates

  • Handles multiple projects and tasks, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on time.

  • Works independently with minimal supervision.

  • Can escalate appropriately when multiple tasks or projects conflict or when responses to questions seem inaccurate.

  • Is able to request responses from senior members of the company in a polite and professional manner.

  • Trains on the application’s capacities and functionalities in order to keep up to speed with the product enhancements

  • Can keep data organized and arranged so that information can be retrieved again and again

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in treasury or finance department, or within the treasury industry within consulting firms

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient MS office suite

  • Excellent business writing

  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in written answers across hundreds of responses.

  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and handle deadline pressures

  • Knowledge of French is a plus
