Position Overview:
The Analyst, Transaction Management position assists with the company’s various strategic transaction management initiatives such as securitization issuance, trade settlements, and new counterparty signup. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day responsibilities of the transaction management team, including supporting loan origination activity, analyzing pricing comparisons to ensure competitive positioning, and reviewing origination processes to support improvements amongst other daily responsibilities. The Analyst, Transaction Management utilizes exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels in the primary and secondary mortgage markets both within and outside of the company to assist with day to day and strategic operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate the origination and sale of loans.
Assist in reviewing and interpreting underwriting guidelines and loan documentation.
Support the preparation and review of legal documents related to mortgage transactions.
Assist in resolving loan level issues and credit/compliance exceptions.
Perform pricing analyses and assess loan-level risks.
Collaborate with legal, credit, and business teams on various projects.
Manage ad hoc functions as needed to support the asset management process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mortgage finance, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
Experience interpreting legal documents and underwriting guidelines.
Basic knowledge of financial modeling and pricing concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Thorough attention to detail and analytical skills.
Skilled at prioritizing and proactively managing multiple tasks.

Annual Compensation: 100,000.00-125,000.00
