Founding Senior UI/UX Designer — Help Redesign and Shape a Modern Construction Platform
We’re building a next-generation ERP SaaS platform for the construction industry — a powerful, multi-tenant system that combines time tracking, project management, and real-time jobsite analytics into one seamless experience.
We already have a fully working MVP that is being used internally today. While the platform is functional and tested in real-world conditions, it was originally designed as an internal tool by an external agency.
Now, we’re redesigning the product from the ground up with a focus on modern UX, clean UI, and true product excellence — getting it ready to launch live to the public for the first time.
This is a startup environment where we treat everyone like adults — no micromanagement, no clock-watching. We expect ownership, excellence, and a true sense of pride in your craft.
We are seeking a perfectionist in design — someone who demands the best from themselves, obsesses over details, and is hungry to keep pushing their skills to the next level.
Masonry Group is a well-established Canadian construction company delivering over 2,000 residential and commercial units per year. Since 2009, we’ve earned a reputation for precision, professionalism, and reliability.
We are channeling that real-world construction expertise into a SaaS product that will reshape how the industry operates.
You’ll be joining at a critical, exciting time: the foundation is built, the product is real, and now we’re ready to transform it into something world-class.
We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with deep experience designing complex, user-centric SaaS platforms — especially CRM, ERP, and Task Management systems.
Your first mission will be to refine and elevate the MVP web application into a full product, ensuring the platform becomes simpler, cleaner, and truly user-friendly for a broader public audience.
Our primary users are construction professionals — field workers, foremen, and site managers — who demand tools that are easy to understand and effortless to use. Your designs must make their work easier, faster, and more intuitive — not more complicated.
You’ll also design new modules from scratch and later lead the design of our mobile app.
You won’t just be executing tasks — you’ll be an active voice in shaping the product.
This role will challenge you to think broadly, take ownership across multiple areas of product design, and accelerate your growth far beyond what’s possible in a rigid, corporate environment.

– Collaborate closely with the development team and founder to ensure seamless design handoffs
– Participate in weekly design reviews with our Head of Design
– Hold yourself and the work to perfectionist standards
– Daily stand-ups at 8:00 AM EST / 15:00 Kyiv time
– Flexible schedule — plan your workday around your own peak productivity
– No micromanagement — only trust, responsibility, and results
– Ukrainian-speaking team, basic English required for internal communication
– Fast iteration cycles, decisions made quickly, direct feedback

– Culture of ownership, rapid growth, and relentless pursuit of excellence
– 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms, especially CRM, ERP, and Task Management applications
– Strong portfolio showing real-world product work — dashboards, admin tools, and operational platforms
– Mastery of both responsive web and mobile design
– Expert-level Figma skills, including component-based design systems
– Extreme attention to detail: pixel-perfect layouts, thoughtful typography, clean hierarchy
– Strong understanding of how to simplify complex workflows for non-technical users
– Self-driven, proactive, and able to balance speed with quality
– Passionate about learning, growing, and thriving outside rigid role definitions
– Bonus: experience with B2B construction, field services, or operational tech
Step 1: Soft skills interview with our HR team
Step 2: Technical interview with our Head of Design, including a design challenge
Step 3: Final interview with the product founder
Reference checks will be conducted before any final offers are made.
We are not building an average team — and we are not looking for average talent.
This role is for someone who wants to be a foundational part of something real. A designer who thrives on ownership, perfectionism, and constant improvement.
You’ll help create a product that simplifies work for real-world users — making their days easier, not harder.
This is your moment to do meaningful work that impacts an entire industry — not repetitive, boring tasks.
You’ll grow by taking on many roles, pushing your knowledge to the limit, and building something you can be proud of for years to come.
This can be your career-defining opportunity.
