Job Title: Video Editor – Tamil / Telugu / Kannada

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and language-fluent Video Editors for Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada to join our team for an exciting localization project. Your main responsibility will be to adapt high-performing viral videos, promos, and advertisements originally made in one language into culturally relevant, engaging regional versions.

You must have a strong grasp of video editing tools and a native-level understanding of the language you're applying for. This role is perfect for video editors who understand the power of storytelling and visual appeal, and who can recreate impact in different linguistic and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and localize videos (ads, promos, social media content) into Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada, based on source material.

• Sync localized voice-overs and subtitles with original visuals while preserving emotional tone and narrative impact.

• Make language- and region-specific visual/text adjustments where needed to ensure cultural relevance.

• Collaborate with script translators, voice artists, and creative directors to maintain high-quality output.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.

• Fluency in either Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada – reading, writing, and speaking. If you know more than one language, it will be a strong advantage.

• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to adapt content for regional audiences while retaining the original message and emotion.

• Familiarity with subtitle syncing and VO alignment.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
  

Preferred :

• Prior experience in content localization or dubbing projects.

• Background in advertising, social media, or digital marketing content.

• Understanding of regional humor, idioms, and cultural nuances
