Job Title:

People Solutions Representative with Italian

Job Description

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 
  • Professionally manage, with high quality, HR administration services to employees on multiple communication channels (including but not limited to email; ticketing, phone and chat interactions to engage with and resolve staff queries and concerns.
  • Administer the labor relationship between the employees and the company
  • Responsible for the input of the employee’s data in the company’s information systems
  • Responsible for contract, annex, termination and other registries with respective the State Agencies
  • Be the contact point for the employee’s staff administration requests
  • Responsible for administration of the company’s HR information system
  • Draft employment related documents – employment contracts, annexes, terminations, job descriptions, orders and other documents
  • Ensure that private and personal information is protected
  • Share knowledge and be a mentor for new team members in People Solutions department
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to create and maintain a good impression
  • Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, clients and colleagues
  • Ensure all enquiries are accurately logged and traceable in the relevant help desk system.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality always, challenging those whose behaviors are not reflective of Concentrix culture and values
  • Maintain strong relationships with people Solutions Business Partners and other PS POC`s within the responsibilities
  • Responsible for proactively identifying and reporting gaps in the quality and accuracy of the PSC Knowledge Management Tool.
  • Understand the weekly and monthly PSC reports
  • Participate in process documentation and its elaboration, by adding value with knowledge and experience
  • Participate in new hire trainings by sharing best practices and knowledge, allowing shadowing and nesting

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Degree in Human Resources/Administration/ Economics in an advantage but not obligatory
  • Relevant HR administration experience is an advantage
  • Call centre experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1/C2)
  • Proficiency in Italian both written and verbal (C1/C2)
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word & Power point
  • Experience with HR related software is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic and maturity
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail and precision in tasks execution
