As a Lea Pro Sales Specialist, you will help identify, pitch, close and expand eligible partners on our gen AI product offering, Lea. You are a self-starter who loves to learn and takes initiative. You are naturally curious about what makes a business tick and ask great questions to understand your market, customers, and product. You have a track record of quota achievement, high performance and selling in AI space. You are a team player and have great examples of actions that put the team first. Most of all, you want to be part of building a special company that is transforming an industry.
- This is a REMOTE position with the expectation of as-needed in-person travel across the US.
Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:
- Grow AI Adoption: You will grow AList Nurture adoption across our eligible supply base by managing the sales cycle from pitch to close and expansion with existing accounts
- Maximize Partner Retention: You will identify partner challenges and pain points and partner with cross-functional team members (Product, Analytics, Data Operations) to provide solutions. You will act as the internal voice for product feedback, positioning and roadmap
- AI Expert: You will act as an expert on AI application in the multifamily industry within GTM and the broader organization
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to support discovery, solution presentation, and closing of AList Nurture deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor product recommendations based on client goals and performance data.
- Act as a technical liaison during pre-sales and post-sales phases, translating complex product capabilities into business value.
- Troubleshoot campaign or integration issues in partnership with the technical support team.
- Conduct performance reviews and strategic check-ins with clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry trends to inform recommendations and sales strategy.
Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
- You have 5+ years of account management or sales experience, at least 4 years being within an Enterprise sales segment; Solution Sales or Solution engineer experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign or product performance data.
- Experience at hyper-growth or early start-up
- You have sold or worked within the AI landscape
- Partner with internal stakeholders in order to drive additional value, represent partner perspective, help shape sales process and product roadmap
- Multi-family experience preferred
Pay Range
We carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work.
- The compensation range is $136,000 - $165,000 OTE ($82,000-100,000 base) + equity.

We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration.
