In this role, you will:
Campaign Strategy & Leadership
Own the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tied to firm-wide growth priorities, key service offerings, and industry initiatives.
Partner closely with sales and practice leaders to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Serve as a thought partner to internal stakeholders, advising on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Champion a content-led, persona-based approach to marketing, aligning messaging with the unique needs of different buyer types.
Serve as a leader to support project execution across marketing and sales teams and manage project management team members as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Alignment
Work in lockstep with sales leadership and business development teams to create campaigns that are sales-enablement ready.
Incorporate sales insights and prospect feedback to refine campaign strategies and messaging.
Partner with sales enablement to equip the business with campaign assets, talking points, email templates, and follow-up cadences.
Support key account or ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives as needed.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery—from planning and content development to channel execution (email, digital, social, web, events).
Collaborate with the content and digital teams to develop audience-centric messaging and content strategies for each campaign.
Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources, ensuring deliverables are on time, on brand, and high impact.
Coordinate with external agencies and internal content creators to deliver compelling creative and copy.
Ensure campaigns meet branding, legal, and compliance standards.
Measurement & Optimization
Define campaign KPIs, build performance dashboards, and regularly analyze results to inform decision-making.
Use insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and shape future campaign planning.
Present campaign results, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or enterprise sales-driven environment.
Strong background in campaign strategy, project management, and content-led marketing.
Proven track record of building campaigns that drive measurable business impact (pipeline, revenue, brand engagement).
Experience working directly with sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to sales cycles, lead stages, and business goals.
Previous experience in business development or sales is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and experience with ABM or industry-focused marketing.
Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
