The Vice President of Ancillary Development, Emerging Markets will be a key player in supporting the growth and evolution of ancillary services. A core component of our growth strategy is to add service lines within ancillary and develop aggressive targets and strategies for achievement. This executive will lead a team of professionals to execute on the growth strategy for Ancillary emerging markets which includes financial and strategic modeling of the Unified opportunity, total addressable market, landscape analysis, Unified current and/or future share of market where we have the right to win.
Responsibilities
Development Strategy: Partner with clinician and business leadership across the markets in which we operate to develop and deploy growth strategies
Develop a deep understanding of the regional competitive healthcare landscape and local physician perspectives on potential opportunities
Assess impact of potential opportunities across multiple dimensions: i) clinical, ii) patient satisfaction, iii) economic
Partner with physician and ancillary leadership to align on deployment strategy for existing Unified service offerings (with a primary focus on emerging markets)
Work with Project Management and local operational teams to ensure successful implementation of offerings
New Service Lines Development: Develop, grow and lead existing and future ancillary services offerings
Identify and prioritize new service offerings to develop, either internally or through partnerships
Pilot new services with specific physicians/markets to confirm feasibility and deepen understanding of how to successfully operate new business lines
Develop strategy for broad deployment of new services and partner with regional physician leadership to implement
Manage P&L for new service lines
Qualifications
5-15 years of progressive leadership experience acquired within the healthcare industry
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to create and successfully implement business development strategies for an organization, and oversee business operations
Ability to analytically prioritize potential opportunities and partner cross-functionally to build initial implementation plans and workflows
Strong communication skills, with ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders to build momentum behind implementing priority initiatives
Ability to inspire and motivate others to move toward a common goal
Independently able to identify areas for improvement, create project plan, and execute with minimal oversight.
