Lead Fullstack Developer (Node.js, React)

Location: Remote within Poland

Project: Development of a modern, cloud-native solution for a leading Nordic client.

Project Overview:

Join an ongoing project for an established Nordic international client. The initiative focuses on the development of a cloud-native, scalable digital platform, utilizing modern web and cloud technologies. The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities - you’ll help guide the team as a Lead Fullstack Developer, ensure solution quality, and oversee delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development team by offering technical guidance and mentoring.
• Build scalable, full-stack solutions using the latest web technologies.
• Work with Microsoft Azure to connect services and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain event-driven microservices and APIs (REST and GraphQL).
• Partner closely with front-end developers to create smooth and engaging user experiences.
• Review code regularly and encourage a culture of clean, maintainable code.
• Help troubleshoot and solve challenging technical issues in production.
• Contribute to improving the system’s architecture and refining delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer,
• Expertise in experience with Node.js and React.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Experience working with Apollo GraphQL and Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent understanding of SQL and NoSQL database integration.
• Proven experience in leading technical decisions and mentoring development teams.
• Ability to guide technical decisions and mentor developers.
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1).
