Location: Remote within Poland

Project: A global business payments and spend management system.

Start: middle of May/beginning of June

Key Technologies:

Project Overview:

Contribute to a global business payments and spend management program focused on delivering innovative customer self-serve capabilities. Join a dynamic development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing digital systems, including customer portals, transaction processing systems, and other tools that provide seamless digital experiences. Your work will directly impact product development velocity and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
Develop and improve backend systems using .NET Core and .NET Framework, with a focus on SQL database management and optimization.
Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications, ensuring robust and flexible component-based designs.
Enhance middleware using GraphQL and Hasura, implementing creative solutions to optimize performance under licensing constraints
Address backend challenges such as SQL replication and database growth, supporting the system's expansion to new use cases.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including mono-repo implementation, unit testing, and cultural/language-specific enhancements.
Participate in brainstorming and collaborative decision-making to propose and evaluate technical solutions.
Provide additional support for frontend development during peak demands to ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

Min. 4 years of experience as a .NET Developer.
Expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and SQL database (Microsoft SQL) design and optimization for large-scale applications.
Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Experience with SQL database replication and performance optimization.
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced development environment.
Familiarity with GraphQL and Hasura; ability to find creative solutions in resource-constrained environments is a plus.
Experience with Contentful (headless CMS) is a plus.
Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1).
