HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a growing European B2B SaaS company that builds collaboration software used by product, ops, and tech teams worldwide. We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who gets energy from uncovering hard-to-find profiles, testing new tactics, and getting great people curious about joining an exciting journey.


🏢 About the Company

The company builds flexible internal tools used by scaleups and mid-sized enterprises to manage documentation, workflows, and internal collaboration. They’ve grown to 90 employees across Europe and North America, and continue to expand.


You’ll join the People & Talent team (5 people) and work remotely across CET ±3h, alongside teammates based in some different locations around Europe, such as Amsterdam, Berlin, and Lisbon.


🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of growing the team across engineering, product, customer success, and design — with a strong focus on creative sourcing and first-touch outreach.


  • Build, prioritize, and manage talent pipelines for key roles
  • Research candidate communities, portfolios, and niche platforms
  • Test creative outreach strategies and new tools (email, video, Notion, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring teams on ideal candidate profiles and messaging
  • Help evolve the sourcing playbook and share insights internally
