The Opportunity

As a Senior Experience Research Consultant, you'll partner with a wide range of organizations to help them build better, more user-centered products and experiences using the UserTesting platform. This blended role combines hands-on research delivery with strategic guidance—supporting customers to scale their research practices, amplify the impact of insights, and embed user feedback across their teams. You’ll design and deliver impactful research, coach and upskill customer teams, and contribute to the success of Customer Success and Sales partnerships by driving meaningful business outcomes through experience research.

The Team

You'll be part of the Experience Research Services team, a global group of skilled researchers and consultants passionate about human-centered design and insights. Our team is a supportive, collaborative environment where we share best practices, celebrate successes, and continuously learn from each other. You'll partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives across regions to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in UX research, customer insights, or research consulting, ideally in customer-facing or consulting environments.

  • Skilled across a broad range of research methods including exploratory, evaluative, generative, and validation techniques.

  • Expertise with tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to present findings, lead workshops, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

  • A consultative mindset, tailoring guidance to customer contexts and needs.

  • Comfort working independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent storytelling skills—turning research findings into compelling narratives.

  • Confidence in advocating for users and influencing decision-making across teams.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, or Customer Experience teams.

  • Commercial awareness to support customer growth and value expansion.
