Job Title: HR Recruiting Specialist/HR Generalist

Location: Latin America

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM US Central Time

Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000 per month (salary based on assessment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive candidate tracking system with 3-5 pre-vetted candidates for each role type

  • Source and recruit top-tier talent in the US for marketing agency roles (Account Coordinators, Managers, Directors)

  • Implement advanced sourcing strategies using platforms like Indeed and BambooHR

  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interview processes

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US-based marketing agency roles

  • Support foundational HR functions including open enrollment and performance management

  • Perform operational recruitment analytics to optimize talent acquisition strategies

  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational growth objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 or more years of proven recruiting experience in US-based organizations

  • In-house experience or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) background is required

  • Experience in the medical and healthcare technology is a plus

  • Expertise with advanced recruitment platforms and HR technologies such as Indeed and BambooHR

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
