Your expertise will help us identify candidates who not only have the right skills and experience but also resonate with our company culture and values. This role will require collaboration with hiring managers, as well as a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for each role and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to source qualified candidates, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess technical skills of candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate communications, providing timely feedback and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to represent Vizrt and attract potential talent.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and tools based on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience, specifically in tech related roles
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for success in those roles.
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical candidates.
  • A proactive and driven approach to sourcing candidates with a passion for finding the right fit for our company culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions.
