Background checks via 3rd party portal Employee offer contract drafting System set up (ELMO / payroll) – high accuracy data entry Enrolling of standard learning programs Reporting Admin skills, coachable doesn’t need deep experience – great communication and smart – suitable for junior go getter Sydney timezone M-F in Manila office

Core responsibilities:

-Sourcing and posting job ads -Profiling candidates against the hiring managers brief -Conducting initial screening interviews (Able to take and make sourcing phone calls with candidates = very comfortable talking to Candidates over the phone and via Teams meetings). -Setting up interviews -Other administration recruitment duties as directed by Australian Recruitment Manager including creating job contracts and other written administrative duties - Completing background checks and references - It is a mix of core Recruitment tasks and administrative tasks for the Recruitment team

NB Will need to complete Vervo testing for communication skills if the final candidate

Reporting to: Australian Recruitment Manager

Very strong communication skills and attention to detail Experience with Australian (or US/UK) clients in past would be ideal but no compulsory Sydney timezone M-F in Manila office
